Scheduling and Policies
I’ve made it really easy for you to request an appointment with me.
Just fill out the simple form below, and I’ll give you a call back to confirm the details of your appointment (date, time, location, etc.). Before scheduling, please take a moment to review the following policy:
Cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, except in cases of illness, injury, or other sudden emergency. Clients who do not show up for an appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service price, unless the absence can be justified by an emergency. Clients on a prepaid plan are responsible for their monthly payment, even if they cancel or do not show for any or all of their scheduled appointments.
